Tissot Seastar 1000 Watch Review
The Tissot T-Touch Expert mens watch is quite possibly one of the best “tool watches” made. This watch is pure function and manages to be aesthetically pleasing at the same time. Let’s start with the manly features of T-Touch Expert. The expert has a Barometer, Altimeter, Compass, Chronograph, Alarm, and Thermometer. As the name suggest simply touch the crystal at the 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 o’clock positions to operate any of these functions. My favorite feature of the T-Touch is the compass, when engaged the minute hand swings freely functioning as the directional hand. Rounding out this tactile watch there is a Perpetual Calendar, Luminous hands, LCD backlight, and 2nd time zone. It is powered by a quartz battery, these features could never happen with a mechanical watch. The model pictured (T013) is the 43mm stainless steel version, with bidirectional rotating bezel and scratch resistant sapphire crystal.
Watches And Reviews is heavily geared around mechanical watches. Sometimes there is a watch that is not mechanical and is still a head turner. This is one such watch! So many functions packed into this watch, yet it does not come across busy. Most of all the T-Touch Expert does what it is meant to do, function.
Pros - Functional, legible, more options than you will probably ever user
Consideration - Maybe a 22mm lug width would better aesthetically support the case?

Tissot T-Touch Expert Watch Review
Want a nice affordable Swiss dive watch? The Tissot Seastar 1000 will fit bill. The watch looks fantastic, with the black face and black strap combination (ref. T19.1.593.41). The red accents on the dial, hands, and bezel, gives a nice visual “pop” to the watch. Seastar has a flat matte black dial, that makes the indices stand out quite well. A polished case compliments the overall appearance of the watch. The black rubber strap is integrated to the case and has double locking clasp.
What makes this watch so great? First, it can be found under $500. Secondly, the Seastar is powered by an automatic ETA 2824, with an estimated 40 hour power reserve. This Tissot also has sapphire crystal protecting the face, exhibition case back, and the watch is rated to 300m of water resistance. This all adds up to one heck of a dive watch at a fantastic value.
Pros - Great value, looks sharp, ETA 2824
Consideration - The black dial is not offered on a bracelet

Tissot PRC200 Quartz Review
Tissot brings another great value in the PRC200 (T0144101605700). Tissot increased the case diameter from previous models, this is a plus. The dial has some contrasting red accents beyond each stick hour marker. W&R favorite aspect of the PRC 200 are the large hands. To often the sporty/dressy watches go with smaller/thinner hands, this watch is easy to read. It is offered on a bracelet, though it looks best on the black leather strap, with contrasting stitching. The PRC 200 is only 10.5mm thick, it will fit nicely under a dress shirt. Even with it being on the thinner side, it still has 200m of water resistance. Overall, the watch is somewhat basic in design, but manages to have it’s own look. Tissot has priced this watch very well and with a little digging it can be found for a “no brainer” price. Making it easy for anyone looking for sporty/dressy crossover watch to pick one up, enjoy.
Pros - Sapphire crystal, water resistance, value
Consideration - Somewhat basic in overall design.

Tissot Sea-Touch Watch Review
Tissot breaks new ground with the See Touch (ref. To26.420.11.031.00), a T-Touch with a new twist. As the name suggest this a geared towards divers, though many non-divers will still benefit from the innovative and useful features. I will say this feels more substantial and robust than the standard T-Touch. Before “diving” into the many features of this watch, there is the initial impression of the Sea Touch visually. The contrast of the black & white bezel is striking, also available in black & orange. Compared to the T-Touch Expert, the Sea Touch is a little over one millimeter thicker at 15.8mm in height. The Sea Touch is offered on a decent bracelet or a deployant rubber strap.
Enter the cool factor, all functions dive and non-dive related. The watch is “toolish” in nature with a thermometer and compass. Dive mode can be activated manually or automatically and has a 10 second backlight to assist while submerged. The “wow” factor on the Sea Touch is the depth gauge function. The bezel is fixed unlike traditional unidirectional dive bezels. The bezel reflects 1-60 shown in meters. While in dive mode the minute hand moves to reflect the depth in meters via the fixed bezel. While in dive mode it shows elapsed time in the digital display. There is also a dive log function that will hold up to 220 recorded dives. Sea Touch has three pushers at 2, 3, and 4 o’clock. It should be noted these pushers are needed while under water as the touch functions do not operate while submerged.
Pros - Cool factor, innovative, good value
Consideration - If you are not a diver, you will get more functions in the T-Touch
